Kumiko Yaotome (八乙女・久美子 Yaotome Kumiko) is a sick girl who have moods often change, cheerful and childish. She likes to be spoiled with someone who is already close to her, but when she meets a stranger, she will be very quiet. Not infrequently, she often sulking for something that is not in accordance with her wishes. Kumiko was born to be the middle child of three siblings. Then, her family died due to accident and became foster daughter of Yaotome family. She has a slight problem communicating with her foster father who is cold to her. But she is very close to Gaku, and sometimes didn’t hesitate to occurred some quarrel. In a way, when living with her real family, she almost died two times. Make her really hard to trust someone except for Gaku and Tsumugi.
When secretly going out in her childhood, she meet Tsumugi by accident. Later, she became friend with Tsumugi and loved playing around with her, without telling her own family name. Until Tsumugi became a manager of IDOLiSH7. At first, Kumiko hates them, for taking Tsumugi from her. Then, she met Riku and fall in love for him at the first time because of his voice (she is sneaking out and eavesdrop).
Due to come and out from hospital, there’s a lot of things that Kumiko didn’t know (such as how to get on the train and buy the tickets, how to order food in restaurant, etc). Despite that, Gaku claim that her brain sometimes like a criminal. Even though, she’s just a little brat.
